Rawlings

Rawlings (also known as simple General) is the General back on Earth that Stargazer contacts many times asking for help.

History[]

The General was the one to recommended candidates for being fitted and sent to Hawk Haven to help out on Stargazer's mission. As the SilverHawks demonstrated their abilities, the High Ranking Officer tested them with a remote controlled Combat Drone, which the SilverHawks defeated. The High Ranking Officer then said that "Your SilverHawks have done you proud gentlemen!" which was aimed at Ghemakain and Rawlings.

Later, at Stargazer's request, he sent Hotwing. At another time he sent Moon Stryker and suggested Condor.
